LCF Electrical Services LLC provides residential, commercial, and critical infrastructure electrical services in the Greater Houston, Texas area. All work is performed by licensed electricians under TDLR License #41252.

3. Quotes and Pricing

• All quotes provided are fixed-price unless otherwise stated in writing.
• Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless specified otherwise.
• Additional work beyond the original scope will be quoted separately and requires your approval before proceeding.
• Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement.

4. Scheduling and Cancellations

We strive to meet all scheduled appointments. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Repeated no-shows may result in a service call fee for future appointments.

5. Warranties

LCF Electrical Services LLC warranties all workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of completion. Manufacturer warranties on materials and equipment are passed through to the customer as applicable. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LCF Electrical Services LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
